Refreshed Meeting Point for LaunchPad @ one-north
Ngee Koon was appointed as subcontractor for the build works of the Meeting Point at LaunchPad @ one-north, supporting the creation of a refreshed community and event space for startups, investors, and stakeholders. The project formed part of JTC’s wider effort to enhance interaction across the LaunchPad ecosystem, with design by LFA Studio and the main contract administered by QXY Resources.
The Meeting Point at LaunchPad @ one-north was delivered as a new and improved shared space designed to foster networking, investor meetings, and community engagement within Singapore’s startup district. Ngee Koon contributed in its capacity as subcontractor for the design and build scope, helping translate the concept into a functional and welcoming environment that supports daily collaboration and event use.
Working alongside LFA Studio’s designer and under the management of QXY Resources as main contractor, the project required careful coordination of finishes, build quality, and execution to meet both operational and spatial objectives.
The completed space reinforces LaunchPad’s role as a vibrant innovation hub and a place for meaningful connection across its user community.
