Ngee Koon was recently interviewed by EdgeProp on our partnership with Zenco Casa and the formation of Zenco Global – a new venture bringing together local interior build expertise and decades of luxury hospitality furniture experience.

Starting with Singapore’s co-living sector, Zenco Global will explore opportunities across co-living, serviced apartments and hospitality interiors. By combining Ngee Koon’s local interior build experience with Zenco Casa’s end-to-end manufacturing capabilities, the venture aims to deliver thoughtful, well-crafted interior solutions for a growing hospitality landscape.
Our collaboration began with a shared belief in doing things properly – from the way materials are selected and crafted, to the way teams are supported and challenges are addressed. It is an opportunity to bring together traditional craftsmanship, advanced production capabilities and a practical understanding of the needs of local projects.
As we look towards the future, we remain guided by the same principles that have shaped Ngee Koon from the beginning: to build with care, work with good people and create spaces that are made to last.
