At the heart of the project is a bespoke U-shaped boardroom table—an artisanal centrepiece crafted by Ngee Koon’s team of skilled carpenters and millworkers. With precision joinery and subtle gold metallic detailing, this custom-built piece reflects both technical excellence and refined craftsmanship, elevating the executive space with a timeless presence.

Beyond the feature furniture, Ngee Koon’s role extended across the entire fit-out, executing high-quality finishes, custom carpentry, and meticulous detailing. From the vibrant work café at the centre of the office—designed to harness natural light and panoramic waterfront views—to the integration of metallic accents, warm wood tones, and acoustic solutions, our team ensured that every detail of the design was faithfully realised.
