Under Oliver’s leadership, Ngee Koon has distinguished itself by crafting timeless designs and exceptional artisan workmanship, with a strong commitment to creating enduring legacies through perseverance and determination.
His extensive experience spans over a decade in project direction and sustainability consulting, including key roles such as Associate Project Director at ID21 and Assistant Director in Strategic Planning at Singapore’s Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources.
A graduate of Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Oliver is a LEED Accredited Professional with a strong environmental ethos. His career is marked by numerous accolades, including multiple LEED Gold and Platinum certifications for major projects, the New Entrant Award at the Sol Awards 2023, and leadership in award-winning developments such as Prudential Singapore, LVMH Fashion Group, and Amadeus Manila.
Oliver’s passion for sustainability and design excellence is matched by his commitment to innovation and operational excellence, demonstrated through his integration of supply chain automation and craftsmanship in his firm. He is recognised for his ability to blend visionary leadership with practical execution to deliver spaces that inspire and endure.
He is also an active youth leader in the community who strongly believes in uplifting those from underserved backgrounds.
